摘要
目的提出钢骨-钢管混凝土柱的概念.解决钢骨-钢管混凝土组合柱的破坏机理、受力性能问题,合理确定其承载力.方法对3个含钢率不同的轴心受压钢骨-钢管混凝土短柱进行试验,并利用试验研究和理论分析的方法进行了分析.结果通过试验,明确了钢管-钢骨混凝土柱的破坏特征.试验表明,含钢率越大,构件的承载力及延性相应增加.通过理论研究得到承载力的计算公式,计算得出理论值与试验值吻合较好.结论当含钢率大于0.36%时,钢管混凝土柱与其外测的钢骨混凝土能够共同工作直至破坏,其承载力明显高于钢管混凝土核心柱的承载力,根据试验结果推导的钢骨-钢管混凝土柱承载力计算公式,为组合结构的发展提供了一种新的结构型式.
To solve the problem of circular steel tube compile column filled with reinforced concrete, a new renovate column of circular steel tube composite short column filled with steel reinforced concrete has been brought forward. The damage and capacity of circular steel tube composite short column filled with steel reinforced concrete are studied. The experiment has been done upon axial load circular steel tube compile short column filled with steel reinforced concrete which has three types of steel ratio. The experiment helps to know the damage character of the circular steel tube compile short column filled with steel reinforced concrete. The higher the steel ratio, the higher the capacity and ductility. The calculating formula of capacity has been obtained based on the study. The results of theoretical analysis are proved to fit those of the former test. It indicates that the circular steel tube concrete column and the steel reinforced concrete can work to- gether well when steel ratio is higher than 0.36 % and its capacity is higher than the capacity of the steel tube composite column filled with reinforced concrete. The capacity calculating formula has been suggested based on the experiment, which provides a new type of structure for the development of composite structure.
