摘要
通过不同氮肥施用量盆栽试验,对春小麦挑旗期倒二叶光合作用的研究表明:适当增施氮肥,小麦挑旗期倒二叶叶片最大净光合速率(Pmax)、光饱和点(LSP)均明显提高,光补偿点(LCP)、表观量子效率(α)及表观暗呼吸速率(Rd)则下降,增强小麦叶片对强光与弱光的利用能力;施用氮肥对小麦叶片光合特性的影响,可能是其叶绿素含量增加、叶面积指数提高的主要原因;分析结果认为,适当增施氮肥有利于提高小麦的干物质积累量。
By the pot trial of different nitrogen fertilizer, the photosynthetic characteristics of the last second leaf of spring wheat during flag stage were investigated. Results show that when we appropriately apply nitrogen fertilizer,the maximum photosynthetic rate (Pmax), the light saturation point (LSP) clearly increase, the light compensation point (LCP), the apparent photon utilization efficiency(α) and the dark respiration rate (Rd) decrease. And so it has been boosted light use efficiency of the leaf of wheat on strong light and slight light. The increase of chlorophyll content and leaf area index may be cause that change of photosynthetic characteristics of leaf of wheat; and the study results indicate that accumulation of dry matter is able to enhance by increasing suitably nitrogen fertilizer.
