摘要
目的:测定胃癌组织中B ag-1、B cL-2基因及增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)的表达,探讨B ag-1与后两者之间的关系。方法:应用免疫组化法检测60例胃癌标本及10例正常胃粘膜组织中B ag-1,B cL-2及PCNA的表达。结果:胃癌组织中B ag-1、B cL-2、PCNA阳性表达率分别为58.3%、46.7%、83.3%,与正常胃粘膜组织中的表达有差异性;B cL-2表达与胃癌组织学分级、病理分型有显著相关性(P<0.01);PCNA表达与胃癌肿瘤分期及浸润深度有显著相关性(P<0.01);B ag-1表达与B cL-2表达呈正相关(r=0.4518,P<0.05)。结论:B ag-1、B cL-2可作为胃癌早期诊断的指标;B ag-1、B cL-2、PCNA的联合检测,有助于胃癌的早期诊断,病理分型及组织学分级。
Objective. To detect the expression of Bag-1,BcL-2 and PCNA in gastric carcinoma tissue and to explore the relationship between Bag-1 and the two others. Methods. The expression of Bag -1,BcL-2 and PCNA of the tissues of 60 patients with gastric carcinoma and 10 normal controls were assayed by the immunohistoehemieal method. Results. The expression rate of Bag-1,BcL-2 and PCNA was 58. 3%, 46. 7% and 83.3%, respectively, with a significant difference compared with the normal control ones. The BeL-2 expression was correlated with the pathologic type and gastric tissue grading. The PCNA expression was significantly related to the gastric carcinoma staging and infiltration degree. The Bag- 1 expression was directly correlated with The BcL- 2 expression( r =0.4518, P〈0.05). Conclusion. Bag-1 and BcL-2 can be used as indexes in the early diagnosis of gastric carcinoma. The simultaneous detection of the expression of Bag-1,BcL -2 and PCNA is helpful for the early diagnosis and pathologic type and histology staging of gastric carcinoma.
