摘要
目的:研究心脑致宝平(XNP)的降血脂作用。方法:以实验性高血脂症家兔、鹌鹑的血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)为指标,观察XNP对实验性高血脂症家兔、鹌鹑血脂的影响,并观察其对动脉粥样硬化的改善情况。结果:XNP在6,3和1.5 g.kg-1灌胃给予实验性高血脂症家兔及XNP在8,4和2 g.kg-1灌胃给予实验性高血脂症鹌鹑均能剂量依赖性降低血清TC,TG和LDL-C含量,提高HDL-C含量,并且显著改善动脉粥样硬化。结论:XNP有显著的降血脂及改善动脉粥样硬化作用。
Objective: To investigate the antihyperlipidemia effect of Xinnaozhibaoping (XNP). Methods: Using the content of total cholesterol ( TC), triglyceride ( TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) and atheroma in serum of rabbits and cotumix with experimental high blood lipid as markers, the influences of blood and lipid with XNP were observed. Results: XNP (6,3,1.5 g·k^-1, ig) with rabbits and XNP (8,4,2 g·k^-1, ig) with coturnix dose-dependently decreased the content of TC,TG and LDL-C in senm, with experimental high blood lipid models( P 〈 0.01 ), increased the content of HDL-C in serum, and also improved athreoma. Conclusion: XNP has significant antihyperlipidemia effects.
