摘要
目的:探讨穴位敷贴治疗哮喘的机理。方法:将40只豚鼠随机分为正常对照组、哮喘模型组、穴位敷贴组、地塞米松组,每组10只。处理结束后采用酶联免疫吸附测定法检测血清E、P选择素水平。结果:模型组豚鼠血清E、P选择素水平明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01),穴位敷贴组和地塞米松组血清E、P选择素水平明显低于模型组(P<0.01)。结论:穴位敷贴可明显降低哮喘豚鼠血清E、P选择素的水平,这可能是其治疗哮喘的作用机理之一。
Objective: To investigate the underlying mechanism of acupoint application in the treatment of asthma. Methods: Forty Hartly guinea-pigs were randomized into control, model, acupoint application and dexarnethasone (DEX) groups. Asthma model was established by intraperitoneal injection of 10% egg albumin and 1% egg albumin aerosol inhaling method. Herbal cake made up of Mahuang (麻黄 Herba Ephedrae), Xixin (细辛 Herba Asari), Gansui (甘遂 Radix Euphorbiae Kansui), etc was applied to “Dazhui”(GV 14), “Feishu”(BL 13) and “Shenshu”(BL 23), 6 h every time, once every other day, 7 days.altogether. For rats of DEX group, DEX (0.5 mg/kg) was injected intraperitoneally. Blood samples were collected for detecting E-selectin and P-selectin contents by using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results: The levels of serum E-selectin and P-selecUn of model group were significantly higher than those of normal control group ( P〈 0.01 ). Compared with model group, the levels of serum E-selectin and P-selectin of acupoint application group and DEX group were significantly lower( P〈 0.01 ), showing that both aoupoint application and intraperitoneal injection of DEX could inhibit egg albumin induced increase of Eand P-selectin. Conclusion: Aoupoint application can significantly decrease the levels of serum E-selectin and P-selectin in guinea-pigs with asthma, which may contribute to its efficacy in relieving asthma.
