摘要
我国已进入新一轮职业教育课程改革的高潮,这次改革中最为关键的问题是:如何提升学生的职业能力?思路是专业课程的项目化;如何面对学生学习准备不足的状况?思路是突出普通文化课程的服务性;如何克服学分制所面临的困境?思路是全面推行职业生涯指导;如何解决教师在课程改革中的主体地位与其超负荷的工作量之间的矛盾?思路是建立支持教师参与课程改革的激励机制。
We are facing a new round of reform on Chinese vocational education. The reform focuses on the following problems: How to improve students' professional abilities? How to deal with students' unenough preparation for learning? How to Overcome difficulties of credit system? And how to solve contradic'tion between teachers' principle status in curriculum reforms and their excessive workload? The solvements of these problems are specialized courses project, emphasizing the service characteristics of general literacy programs, taking wholescale guidance of professional careers and establishing stimulating mechanism to encourage teachers to participate in curriculum reforms.
