铸造颗粒增强铝基复合材料的研究

摘要 利用机械搅拌方法,制备了SiC/ZL101;Al2O3/ZL101;SiC,Al2O3/ZL101复合材料,研究了SiC/ZL101,Al2O3/ZL101复合材料组织.结果表明,制备工艺对SiC/ZL101,SiC-Al2O3/ZL101组织及硬度有重要的影响.该研究为颗粒增强铝基复合材料的制备提供了理论与实验基础. Matrix composites of SiC/ZL101 and SiC-Al2O3/ZL101 were made by means of mechanical stiring and the microstructure of the composites were studied. The results show that fabricate technology has great effect on the microstructure and the hardness of composites of SiC/ ZL101 and SiC-Al2O3/ZL101, which may provide theoretical and practical bases for the development of particulate reinforced aluminium matrix composite.
