放射性核素治疗的规范管理与思考

Clinical Management and Thinking of Radionuclide Therapy

放射性核素治疗是一种特殊的治疗技术,其整个治疗过程都具有放射性。因此,针对该技术的学科建设和临床管理不仅要遵循符合常规医疗管理的通则,同时要注重辐射安全性问题。该文根据相关法规的要求并结合本部门长期实践经验对放射性核素治疗的规范化建设和内部管理基本要求提出相关的意见和建议,着重强调门诊和病房放射性核素治疗的基本原则。

As a special treatment modality, radionuclide therapy is characterized by radioactivity throughout the treatment procedure. Concerning the specific nuclear medicine faculty clinical management of this technology must pay much attention to the radiation safety as well as comply with the conventional requirements of medical management. Based on our long term clinical practice and with reference to relevant roles and regulations, this paper introduces the key issues related with normative internal management for radionuclide therapy and pinpoints on the general principles for the out patients and hospitalized management of radionuclide therapy.
