摘要
根据刚果红与β-1,3、β-1,4-葡聚糖紧密结合而保持红色的特征,筛选β-葡聚糖酶高产菌株。本实验室保存的黑曲霉QYW-01经紫外诱变和产酶驯化,获得一株高产β-葡聚糖酶的黑曲霉QYW-01A06,在摇瓶条件下发酵液酶活力达2642U/mL,是出发菌株的2.4倍。
The strain containing abundant 13-glucanase was selected according to the reaction of β-glucan with Congo-red can produce red pigment In this paper, we obtained a strain containing abundant β-glucanase (Aspergillus niger QYW-01A06) bred by UV and acclimatized from its parent strain QYW-01. the result showed that the activity of β-glucanase of QYW-01A06 could reach 2642u/mL, it was 2.4 times of QYW-01.
