A Survey Report on the Management of Textbooks at Primary and Secondary Schools in Beijing

摘要 随着基础教育课程改革的不断深入,作为课程改革重要载体的教科书领域出现了诸如教科书版本多样化、编写须立项核准、出版发行公开招标、选用权重心下移、评价力度加大等新情况,教科书管理也必将为适应新形势而改革自身,进一步推进管理的规范化、科学化。北京要率先实现教育现代化,建立规范的教科书管理制度势在必行。 Along with the continuous development of basic education curriculum reform, there have emerged many new situations in the field of textbooks as the important carrier of curriculum reform, including the diversification of textbook editions, the required approval for compilation, the open bidding for publication and distribution, the lowering of the right to choose textbooks and the more energetic evaluation. Accordingly, the management of textbooks is bound to reform itself to make the management of textbooks more regularized and science-based for meeting the needs of new situations. In addition, it is imperative for Beijing as a city approaching the modernization of education in China to take the lead in modernizing the educational system and regularizing the management system of textbooks.
