教师专业化是国际教师职业发展的重要趋势,是各国教师教育改革的方向和目标,也是促进我国教育改革、提高教育质量的重要保证。当前,我国体育教师教育的现状难以适应这一趋势,是造成我国体育教师专业化水平低下的主要原因。当务之急,以教师专业化理论为依据,改革我国体育教师教育是实现我国体育教师专业化的发展的有效策略。

Teachers specialization has been the important trends of the development of inter - national teachers occupation as well as the direction and target of each nation＇ s reformation of teacher education. Teacher specialization can promote our educational reform and guarantee the quality of education. At present, the condition of PE teachers education cannot adapt to this trend. Urgently, it is a valid measure to reform PE teacher education of our country based on the theory of teacher specialization.
