概述图书馆网络门户的基本概念、主要类型,以智能信息提交层次模型为基础讨论了图书馆网络门户的建设与发展的策略。在提出了基于商务智能技术的图书馆网络门户的体系结构后,从图书馆信息知识门户平台上的图书馆信息系统的集成、图书馆网络门户的信息知识资源整合、图书馆网络门户用户接口系统的设计等几个主要方面全面论述了图书馆网络门户的基本构成及其主要内容。作者以数据挖掘技术、智能代理技术在图书馆网络门户用户接口中的应用为例,展现了人工智能技术在图书馆网络门户建设中应用的必要性及其美好前景。
