摘要
首次从大果山楂（CrataeguspinnatifidaBge．var．majorN．E．Br．）叶中分离出两种黄酮成分．其一经光谱学、物理化学试验鉴定为5，7,4＇-三羟基黄酮-8-C-β-D-葡萄糖基（1→4）-β-D-葡萄糖甙，该种成分为一新化合物．其二鉴定为5，7，4＇-三羟基黄酮-8-C-β-D-葡萄糖甙，即牡荆素（Vitexin）该种成分在大果山楂中首次发现．
Two flavonoid compounds were first isolated from hawthorn (Crataegus pinnatifida Bge. var. major N. E. Br. ) leaves and identified by the method of spectrum analysis and physical chemistry. One of them is a new compound 5, 7, 4-Trihydroxy flavonoid-8-C-β-D-glucosyl-4-o-β-D-glucoside and the other is 5, 7,4-Trihydroxy flavonoid-8-C-β-D-glucoside.
