摘要 多级错流萃取计算常用的方法是图解法,每级的混合点组成、液-液平衡两相的组成和流量是借助于图解试差和杠杆规则图解求取,其计算准确性较差,对每一组分还可能导致物料不能平衡,理论级数多时尤其如此。作者应用MATLAB提供了两种新的计算方法,各级的组成和流量计算准确,各级物料和总物料平衡能得到严格保证,并且能实现计算结果的图形表达,而不是常用的图解表达计算过程。 The traditional graphic method is usually used in the calculation of multi-stage cross-flow liquid-liquid-extract.The compositions of every extract equilibrium stage's mixed point and the compositions of the two phases in Liquid-Liquid-Eqilibrium and their mass flow are calculated based on the graphic error method and graphic lever law.So its accuracy is too low,and they might lead to the problem of unbalanced mass flow of every material,especially in multi-stage extract calculation.The authors introduce a new method to calculate them based on MATLAB and its application.This method is more effective than the traditional graphic method.
