摘要
以粉煤灰为原料制备脱氯催化剂FSZ-g,应用到塑钢PVC的脱氯中。工艺研究表明在PVC热解脱氯中加入FSZ-g型催化剂,320℃时脱氯率可达97.51%。FSZ-g型催化剂由工业废料粉煤灰复合而成,具有原料来源丰富、成本低廉等优点。
A kind of dechlorination catalyst named FSZ-g which is made out of the coal ash was characterized and was applied to the dechlorination of PVC. A series of dechlorination technologies were studied. The results shows that the FSZ-g has perfect catalyst activity in PVC dechlorination .The dechlorination rate can reach as high as 97% at 320 ℃. Further more , this catalyst was made from coal ash which low cost and abundant in industry .
