摘要
羟醛缩合可以形成新的碳-碳键,增长碳链,是一类重要的有机反应。反应过程中同时存在许多副反应,导致反应选择性的降低,选择合适的催化剂对此类反应十分关键。本文根据活性中心的不同,对酸性、碱性和酸-碱两性三类不同的催化剂进行了论述,分析了羟醛缩合反应催化剂今后的发展方向。
Aldol condensation is an important organic reaction which leads to the formation of new C-C bond. The desired yield can not been easily achieved because this reaction is always accompanied by a series of side reactions. It' s predominant to select a proper catalyst in order to industrialize this reaction. In this paper, three kinds of catalysts are introduced and discussed according to the acid or base active site. The prospect of the catalysts for aldol condensation is also been put forward.
