摘要
通过采用适当的相对分子质量调节剂、优化催化剂配方和加入添加剂的工艺合成了镍系低门尼黏度顺丁橡胶(NiBR)。结果表明,加入含氧类相对分子质量调节剂可以加宽NiBR门尼黏度的调节范围;加入α-烯烃类相对分子质量调节剂,可以明显降低NiBR的门尼黏度;在环烷酸镍-三异丁基铝-三氟化硼乙醚络合物-含氧类相对分子质量调节剂四组分体系中,可使三异丁基铝与三氟化硼乙醚络合物的摩尔比较低,以减少催化剂用量;加入少量苯类添加剂可以明显提高NiBR的拉伸强度和300%定伸应力。
Low Mooney viscosity c/s-1,4-polybutadiene rubber(NiBR) polymerized by nickel system catalyst was prepared by adopting appropriate relative molecular mass regulator, optimizing catalyst formula and adding additive. The results showed that the oxygen-containing relative molecular mass regulator could widen the scale of the Mooney viscosity of NiBR,and α-olefine relative molecular mass regulator could reduce the Mooney viscosity of NiBR. In the catalyst system containing nickel naphthenate,triisobutyl aluminum, boron trifluoride etherate and oxygen-containing relative molecular mass regulator, reduction of the mole ratio of the triisobutyl aluminum to boron trifluoride etherate could decrease the amount of catalyst. The little amount of additive containing benzene could increase the tensile strength and modulus at 300% of NiBR obviously.
