摘要
教育制度作为规范主体教育行为、促进教育发展和人的发展的规则体系,无论是它的内容还是形式,都受着主体伦理道德价值观的影响、指导和支配。伦理道德作为一种社会的价值系统和规范文化,既为教育制度的形成、发展和变革提供了伦理价值基础和导向,又为教育制度的运作提供了伦理道德担保。
As a set of rules applied in standardizing the subject' s educational behavior, promote the development of education and people, the educational system is affected, guided and controlled by the subject' s views of ics and morality both in its content and form. The ethics and morality is a kind of social value system and standard ture, which provides not only the basis and direction of ethical value for the formation, development and reform of educational system, but the ethical and moral guarantee for the operation of the educational system.
