山杨组织培养技术研究

Study on Tissue Culture Techniques of Populus Davidiana Dode

以山杨(Populus davidiana Dode)为实验材料,利用植物组织培养技术建立快繁再生系统。实验结果表明,山杨组织培养不同培养阶段的适宜培养基分别为:分化培养基:MS+6-BA0.5mgL/+NAA0.05mg/L;继代培养基:MS+BA0.5mgL/+NAA0.1mg/L;生根培养基:MS+IBA1mgL/。

In this paper, Populus davidiana Dode was used as experimental material, we established regenerative system by means of plant tissue culture techniques. Finally we got following results. For Populus davidiana Dode tissue culture at different culture stages, the optimal culture media respectively are： the differentiation culture medium： MS ＋ BA0. 5mg/L ＋ NAA 0.05mg/L; the secondary culture medium： MS ＋ BA0.5mg/L ＋ NAA0. lmg/L; the rooting culture medium： MS ＋ IBAlmg/L.
