摘要
通过高速切削试验,观察了涂层刀片的磨损过程,描述了其磨损形态,分析了涂层刀片磨损率不同的原因,提出了涂层硬质合金刀具的磨损机理模型以及涂层硬质合金刀具的磨损类型。
Based on experiments of high speed cutting, the wear process and wear appearance of the coated cemented carbide tools are studied. The causes of different quantities of wear in the experiments are analyzed. The model of wear mechanism of the coated cemented carbide tools and the wear styles of the coated cemented carbide tools such as diffuse wear, .plastic distortion wear and fatigue flake axe presented.
