摘要
水酶法制油工艺是一个开发中的新工艺.本文基于影响酶处理油籽和油果的因素.讨论了这种新工艺的不同工艺方法。
Oil extraction by aqueous enzymatic treatment technolclgy is a newly developing technology.This paper is basen the various factors affecting the enzmatic treatment of oil seeds and fruits.The different processes of this new technology;the main factors affecting their efficiency. as well as their applications are discussed.
