摘要
研究了多层丝网结构对可燃气体燃烧抑制作用。提出了临界淬熄压差和临界淬熄量两个新的重要概念,综合考虑火焰传播速度和压力差来描述抑爆效果。使用临界淬熄量来衡量阻火结构抑制燃烧的能力。试验研究了临界淬熄压差和临界淬熄量与多层丝网结构几何参数之间的关系,并得出了该关系的经验公式。随着丝网的几何参数(n·M·d)的增加,临界淬熄压差和临界淬熄量增加,淬熄性能越好。
The suppressive effect of multi-layer wire mesh structure on the combustible gas explosion is studied. Two new important concepts, critical quenching value and critical quenching pressure difference are proposed. Both flame propagation speed and pressure difference are considered to describe the explosion suppression result. Critical quenching value is used to determine the suppression capability of the suppressive structure. The relationship among critical quenching value, critical quenching pressure difference and geometrical parameter of suppressive structure of multi-layer wire mesh is studied. And the empirical formula of the relationship is obtained. With the increase of geometrical parameter(n · M · d), critical quenching pressure difference and critical quenching value increase, moreover,the quenching capability is improved.
