The retrofit of DEH for B25-8.83/0. 981 type steam turbine in a power plant was briefly introduced. The failure of DEH during the commissioning process of the generators was analyzed and the summary of the retrofit of DEH was presented in order to provide a reference for the retrofit of DEH to other turbines.
