摘要
我国CBA联赛的成功举办,使得众多俱乐部纷纷建立,一种适应篮球社会化、产业化发展的俱乐部管理体制初步形成,CBA联赛也已深入人心.篮球比赛的裁判员也逐渐成为人们关注的焦点.他们工作的好坏与篮球运动能否健康、迅速发展息息相关.本文研究了我国篮球CBA裁判员中存在的一些问题,为促进我国职业篮球运动健康、迅速地发展提供了理论依据.
The successful holding of China Basketball Association enables not only the set-up of quite a few clubs, but also the primary formation of the clubs＇ management system which is adaptable to the development of the socialization and industrialization of basketball. Thus, such an association has already been popular among common people. Therefore, the basketball referees are also attracting more and more attention. The quality of their work directly decides whether basketball can develop both healthily and fast or not.
The paper studies some problems existing among the referees and proposes some suggestions and theoretical foundation to promote the healthy and rapid development of professional basketball in China by analyzing the current situation of CBA referees.
