摘要
高校核心竞争力是多方面技能和运行机制的有机结合,是高校在特殊环境中的竞争能力和竞争优势的合力,是高校在长期的教学和科研上以特定的方式逐步积累起来的。作为地方高校要集中优势发展品牌学科,并以此树立自己的品牌;要结合本土及区位优势,确定自己的人才培养模式;大力整合内部资源,创造适合自己的内部管理机制。只有这样,地方高校才能适时实现核心竞争力的升级转换,在持续的竞争中立于不败之地。
The university' s core competence is combining all kinds of skills with running mechanism, is the composition of force with competence and advantage, is to gradually acumulate and build by particular way in teaching and research at long-tenn. The local university must concentrates the advantage to develop the brand course and sets up own' s brand ; builds the personnel training mode combination the advantage of mainland and area; creates inside mechanism of management suiting oneself though strongly integrating the internal resources. Only doing these, the local university can upgrade the key competitiveness at the right time, and establishes an unassailable position in the lasting competition.
