参赤提取物对CCl_4致大鼠实验性肝纤维化的治疗作用 被引量:1

Effect of Extract of Paeonia Lactiflora and Salvia Miltiorrhiza on Antagonizing Liver Fibrosis Induced by Carbon Tetrachloride in Rats

摘要 目的观察中药参赤提取物对实验性大鼠肝纤维化的治疗作用。方法采用皮下注射四氯化碳(carbontetrachloride,CCl4)诱导实验性大鼠肝纤维化模型。造模后,给予大鼠胃饲参赤提取物,以观察参赤提取物对实验性大鼠肝纤维化的治疗作用。结果参赤提取物可使实验性肝纤维化大鼠血清中TP、ALB含量显著升高;ALT、AST、HA、LN、PCⅢ及IVC水平均有明显改善(P<0.05)。病理学检查结果显示,参赤提取物治疗组肝纤维化比模型组有显著改善。结论参赤提取物对CCl4所致的实验性大鼠肝纤维化具有良好的治疗作用。 Objective To investigate the anti - liver fibrosis effect of extract of Paeonia lactiflora and Salvia miltiorrhiza in experimental rats. Methods Rat liver fibrosis model was induced by subcutaneous injecting of Carbon tetrachloride (CCl4). The therapeutic effect in anti- liver fibrosis of extract of Paeonia lactiflora and Salvia miltiorrhiza was investigated through gastrogavage started simultaneously after modeling in experimental rats. Results Compared with model group, levels of serum total protein (TP), albumin (ALB), alanine transaminase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), hyaluronic acid (HA), laminin (LN), type Ⅲ procollagen (PCⅢ ), type Ⅳ collagen (IVC) in the treatment groups were obviously improved. It had significant statistical difference(P 〈 0.05). Pathological result showed that the liver fibrosis in extract of Paeonia lactiflora and Salvia miltiorrhiza groups was significant improved. Conclusion The extract of Paeonia lactiflora and Salvia miltiorrhiza have significant therapeutic effect on CCl4 induced liver fibrosis in rats.
