摘要
对于漫反射物体的轮廓测量的光学投影式轮廓测量技术,根据不同的测量方法和条纹图像分析技术可以大致分为两种:直接三角法和相位测量法.以相位测量法中的光栅投影法为重点,介绍了其测量原理和关键技术,如傅里叶变换法、解包裹、系统标定等,并分析了其研究热点与发展方向.
Of the different shape measurement methods and the phase analysis techniques, optical profilometry for the diffused reflection objects can be classified into two groups, namely direct triangulation and grating projection phase measurement method. This paper mainly introduces grating projection as one kind of phase measurement method. The measurement principle of grating projection method and the key techniques, such as Fourier transformation method, phase unwrapping and system calibration, are given. Some currently popular research subjects and future possible topics are presented.
