摘要
棉秆是一种富含韧皮纤维、木质化程度较高的硬茎秆。棉秆压缩成型可以制作高热值的燃料块,但是必须切碎才有利于成型。研究棉秆切碎粒度对压缩成型的影响规律,可以有效解决棉秆燃料块品质和棉秆切碎能耗之间的矛盾,为棉秆压缩成型的工艺和设备提供一定的研究基础。采用CSS-44000电子万能试验机对不同切碎粒度的棉秆进行压缩成型试验研究,结果表明:在相同的最大压缩密度条件下,粗粒度棉秆所需压缩力最大;相同条件下,棉秆成型块经过应力松弛后,粗粒棉秆的松弛密度最小,松弛比最大。
The experiments on compaction of chopped cotton stalks were conducted by the CSS-44000 model electron universal testing machine, The results show that for a given maximum compressed density, the coarse chopped cotton stalks requires greater compressive force than the finely chopped ones at the later compressive stage, When the compacted logs relaxe for two hours after drawn from to die on same given conditions, the relaxed density of the coarse sample is smallest and relaxtion ratio is largest.
