摘要
通过数控加工仿真代替传统的试切削方法,可节省大量的人力和物力,具有重要的实用意义。本文采用离散矢量模型建立了数控加工仿真系统,并阐述了它的原理。对于不同的零件类型,采用两种不同的数据结构,描述了其仿真算法及实现过程。该算法可以满足仿真系统的实时性要求。
It's important and practicable that lots of labors and material resources can be saved through virtual NC machining simulation substituted for test - cutting. Discrete vector model was used to realize NC machining simulation. Two different data structures were used for variable of parts, and their simulation algorithm and realization were described. The simulation system that was realized with discrete vector model has high real - time.
