摘要
本文利用高效液相色谱(HPLC)柱前邻苯二甲酝酿(OPA)自动衍生、自动进样程序测定脑组织中谷氨酸、天冬氨酸、甘氨酸、牛磺酸和r-氨基丁酸含量。该法的最低检出限为10nmol/ml,5种氨基酸峰面积测定值的变异系数平均为2.0±1.3%,线性相关系数平均为0.97±0.03。
Glutamate, asparate, glycine, taurine and GABA in brain were seperated and determined by HPLC system of the automatic processes of precolumn o phthaldialdehyde derivatization and injection. Average coefficient of variation for peak areas of 5 amino acids was 2.0±1.3% with the detection limit of 50ng. Average line coorelation coefficient was 0.97±0.03.
