摘要
目的:人工栽培红豆杉是解决红豆杉的资源问题的一个重要方法;为了探索人工栽培的红豆杉的化学基础,对人工栽培三年的南方红豆杉进行化学研究。方法:人工栽培的南方红豆杉全株的乙醇提取物,经用脱色素、萃取、硅胶柱层析、凝胶柱层析等方法分离,从其氯仿萃取部位分离鉴定得20个化合物,采用波谱解析(UV,IR,ESIMS,1HNMR,13CNMR)等方法确定其结构。结果:这20个化合物分别为2αdeacetoxytaxinineJ(Ⅰ),taxuyunnanineC(Ⅱ),yunnanxane(Ⅲ),taxinineJ(Ⅳ),1dehydroxybaccatinⅥ(Ⅴ),taxol(Ⅵ),19debenzoyl19acetyltaxinineM(Ⅶ),taxinineM(Ⅷ),taxicin(Ⅸ),taxa4(20)11diene2α,5α,10βtriacetoxy14β,2methybutyrate(Ⅹ),baccatinⅢ(Ⅺ),cephalomannine(Ⅻ),7,13dideacetyl9,10didebenzoyltaxchininC(ⅩⅢ),taxamairinA(ⅩⅣ),taxamairinB(ⅩⅤ),αconidendrin(ⅩⅥ),secoisolariciresinol(ⅩⅦ),isotaxiresinol(ⅩⅧ),βsitosterol(ⅪⅩ),daucosterol(ⅩⅩ);其中化合物Ⅶ,ⅩⅢ为首次从该种植物中分得。结论:人工栽培三年的南方红豆杉的化学成分同野生的南方红豆杉相近。
AIM:To intensively investigate the chemical constitucnts of cultured (3y) Taxus chinensis var. mairei (Lemee et Levl). METHODS:The whole plant was extracted with ethanol, the ethanol extract was subjected to extraction with methylene trichloride. which was submitted to chromatography on silica gel and Sephadex column to isolate some compounds. And their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral analysis ( UV, IR, ESI-MS, ^1HNMR, ^13C NMR). RESULTS: The compounds were identified as 2α- deacetoxytaxinine J ( Ⅰ ), taxuyunnanine C ( Ⅱ ), ynnanxane( Ⅲ), taxinine J( Ⅳ ), 1-dehydroxy-baccatin Ⅵ ( Ⅴ ), taxol(Ⅵ ), 19-debenzoyl-19-acetyltaxinine M ( Ⅶ ), taxinine M ( Ⅷ ), taxicin (Ⅸ), taxa-4 (20)-11-diene-2α, 5α, 10β-triacetoxy-14β, 2-methybutyrate ( Ⅹ ), baccatin Ⅲ ( Ⅺ ), cephalomannine(Ⅻ), 7, 13-dideacetyl-9, 10-didebenzoyltaxchinin C (ⅩⅢ), taxamairin A(ⅩⅣ), taxamairin B (ⅩⅤ) , α-conidendrin(ⅩⅦ), secoisolariciresinol(ⅩⅧ), isotaxiresinol(ⅩⅧ), β-sitosterol (ⅩⅨ) and daucosterol (ⅩⅩ) ; Ⅶ,ⅩⅢ were isolated from this source for the first time. CONCLUSION: The chemical constituents of planted Taxus mairei are nearly the same as that of the wild.
