摘要
通过对硬质合金材料的电火花加工试验,研究了脉冲宽度、峰值电流等电参数对加工效率、电极损耗、加工表面粗糙度等加工性能的影响规律,并分析了其作用机理,提出通过合理配置电参数以改善硬质合金加工性能的工艺原则。
Based on the experiment for EDM of carbide material, the influences of electricity parameters, such as pulse width and peak value of current, on the machining performances, including process efficiency, electrode wear and machined surface roughness, are. researched, and the effecting mechanism is analyzed. The process principle of selecting electricity parameters in reason to improve the machining performance in EDM of carbide is presented.
