摘要
处于不同地理位置的矿业城市在其经济转型过程中会遇到不同程度的困难,西部地区的矿业城市所面临的困难比东部地区的矿业城市要大得多。文章从不同的自然气候条件、地理位置、产业结构、人力资源、科技进步、对外开放及区域竞争力的角度分析了它们的不同。本文认为,西部地区的矿业城市经济转型意义重大、任务更艰巨,迫切需要得到国家各部门更多的扶持和帮助。
Mining cities in different places face different difficulties and there are more difficulties in mining cities in west China than them in east China. This paper analyzes the differences between them from the view of climate conditions, locations, industry structures, talent resources, science and technology advancement, foreign open degree, and regional competition. This paper holds the view that the economy transformation of mining cities in west China has great significance, faces more difficulties, and needs support and help from related departments urgently.
