摘要
目的探讨IL-3、GM-CSF、TGF-β1在急性白血病中的临床意义。方法采用酶联免疫试验(ELISA)测定96例急性白血病患者血清IL-3、GM-CSF、TGF-β1水平。结果急性白血病初诊患者血清IL-3、TGF-β1水平明显低于正常对照组(P<0.05),GM!CSF水平明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05),完全缓解期IL-3、GM-CSF、TGF-β1水平恢复正常;未缓解和复发患者IL-3、GM!CSF、TGF-β1水平与初诊患者差异无显著性(P"0.05)。直线相关分析表明,GM-CSF水平与TGF-β1呈负相关,与IL!3呈正相关。结论检测IL-3、GM-CSF、TGF-β1水平变化有助于急性白血病病情观察,作为疗效观察的辅助指标。
[Objective] To investigate the prognostic significance of intedeukin-3 (IL-3), Granulocytemacrophage colony stimulating factor(GM-CSF), Transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1) levels in patients with acute leukemia (AL). [Methods] ELISA assay were employed to investigate the levels of IL-3, GM-CSF, TGF-β1 in 96 AL patients. [Results] The levels of IL-3 and TGF-β1 were much lower at the time of diagnosis than that of controls (P〈0.05), the levels of GM-CSF were higher than that of controls (P〈0.05). The levels returned to normal levels in those who got completely remission (CR). There was no difference among non-remission(NR), relapsed and preliminary diagnosed patients. Line correlation analysis: GM-CSF correlated negatively with TGF-β1 and correlated positively with IL-3. [Conclusions] Monitoring the levels of IL-3, GM-CSF and TGF-β1 may have prognostic value in clinical outcome and are useful markers of curative effect in AL patients.
