子宫肌瘤患者的心理健康状况及其影响因素 被引量:16

摘要 目的观察子宫肌瘤患者的心理健康状况度其影响因素。方法选取2002年10月-2003年4月在我院诊治的52例子宫肌瘤患者,同期选择68例非子宫肌瘤的健康人作对照,利用焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)和抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS)进行调查。结果肌瘤组焦虑、抑郁评分明显高于对照组(P〈0.001)。肌瘤组文化程度在初中以上者SAS、SDS评分高于初中度以下者(P〈0.001,P〈0.05),月经量增多者SAS、SDS评分高于月经量正常者(P〈0.05),而在发病时间及年龄方面。SAS、SDS评分无显著性差异。结论子宫肌瘤患者存在一定的焦虑、抑郁症状,应积极开展心理咨询度心理治疗,提高患者的生活质量。 Objective To investigate the psychological states of the patient with hystromyoma. Methods Fifty-two patients with hystoromyoma treated in our hospital from Oct. 2002 to Apr. 2003 and 68 health women were surveyed by self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS). Results The anxious scores and depress scores in hysteromyoma group were significantly higher than that in health group(P〈0. 001). The average score of SAS and SDS in the patients with hystoromyoma which have education degree over junior high school was significantly higher than that of the patients have junior high school education or below it(P〈0. 001, P〈0.05). The average score of SAS and SDS in the hysteromyoma group which had menorrhagia showed higher than normal(P〈0.05). But there was no difference in the patients with different age and different cause of disease(P〈 0.05). Conclusion The patients with hysteromyoma have some psychological problems such as anxiety and depression. Psychoanalysis and psychotheraov should be used in time to improve the quality of life.
