摘要
对我国东、中、西部16个省份34所高校2005年毕业生就业情况的调查,与2003年的调查结果进行对比分析表明:内因是决定高校毕业生就业竞争力的关键因素;近年来高校毕业生就业效率有所提高;学校提供的求职信息对求职结果和起薪水平都有显著影响;家庭经济条件和社会关系对就业的影响开始凸现;高校毕业生就业市场出现的一些不合理现象值得关注。
Based on a national scale survey of 34 universities of 16 provinces from the east, middle and west of Chinaconducted in 2005, this paper has compared the empirical results with the results of 2003. There are a few of findings: the personal performance is the key factors on both employment result and initial salary. In recentyears, the employment rate of graduates is increasing. The employment information provided by higher education institutions can help remarkably both graduates' employments and salarie. The family economy condition and social capital have remarkable impacts on employment results and initial salary. Some irrational phenomenon has emerged in the labor market of higher education.
