摘要
Ras基因的突变在大肠细胞癌变过程中起启动作用并是一个早期事件,突变产生具有致癌活性的p21蛋白,通过Ras信号转导通路,激活下游信号分子,持续刺激细胞生长、发育、增殖,引起细胞恶变。可以检测大肠癌手术标本,血清等K-ras基因的突变。
The mutation of Ras gene acts as the initiation in cancerization procedure of enterocytes and is an early event. It produces p21 protein with carcinogenic activity which activates the downstream signaling molecules through Ras signal transduction access. Entcrocytcs are continually stimulated to grow, develop, proliferate, and then canceration is occurrod. And the mutation of intestine K-ras gene can be detected in operation samples and serums of patients with large carcinoma.
