摘要
体育锻炼的心理健康效应是迄今为止锻炼心理学研究最多的问题,运用文献资料法阐述了体育锻炼的心理健康效应研究进展,旨在发掘体育锻炼对促进心理健康的积极作用,为人们增进心理健康提供有效的途径。使人们进一步认识体育锻炼的多元价值,倡导人们积极参与体育锻炼。体育增强人的心理健康既有生理学机制,也有心理学理论依据。
So far the mental health effect of physical exercises is a problem that the sports psychology the most studied. This article expatiates on the research progress of psychological effectiveness of physical exercises by overreviewing the literature. It' s objective is finding out that the physical exercises plays an active effect in advancing mental health, provided an available way for gaining the mental health. And it also makes people understand the various values of physical exercises further, encouraging people to take an active part in physical exercises. PE reinforces the human' s mental health with physiology mechanism and psychological theory.
