摘要
以自制的甲基丙烯酯十六酸和双烯交联剂为单体,采用悬浮聚合方法合成了聚甲基丙烯酸十六酯高吸油性树脂。研究了悬浮聚合分散剂的种类和用量、聚合反应温度和引发剂用量等对聚合反应体系的分散稳定性和树脂性能的影响,确定了合适的聚合反应工艺条件,长对树脂的吸油性能及其对水面浮油的回收性能进行了考察。
High oil absorption resin has been prepared from the monomers of self-made n -hexadecyl methacrylate and diene as crosslink agent by suspension polymerization in this paper. The effects of the species and dosages of suspension polymerization dispersants, polymerization temperature and doasge of initiator on the dispersive stability of the polymerization system and the properties of the oil absorption resin have been studied. The optimum polymerization conditions have been determined. The oil absorption ability of the resin, especially the ability for recovering the oil floating on the water, have been evaluated.
