微柱凝胶技术在红细胞不规则抗体筛选中的应用

Application of Microtubes Gel Test in Irregulate Antibodies Screening

目的观察微柱凝胶法和凝聚胺法的抗体检出率,探讨微柱凝胶法的临床应用价值。方法应用微柱凝胶技术对6 056例术前备血患者血清进行抗体筛选和鉴定,同时与凝聚胺法比较。结果微柱凝胶法抗体筛选阳性20例,凝聚胺法抗体筛选阳性17例。结论微柱凝胶法优于凝聚胺法,可以用于临床常规检测。

Objective To investigate the positive rate for irregulate erythrocyte antibodies by mlcrotubes gel test（MGT） and moditying polybrene test （MPT）,explore the value of MGT in clinic. Methods 6056 samples of blood recipients were screened and identified for irregulate erythrocyte antibodies by MGT,and compared with MPT. Results The irregulate erythrocyte antibodies were detected in 20 cases by MGT,while they were detected in 17 cases by MPT. Conclasion MGT is superior to MPT,and it can be used for normal test in clinic.
