我国购物中心发展中存在的问题及对策 被引量:7

摘要 我国的购物中心开始于20世纪90年代,发展得十分迅速。中国经济的发展及城市化的发展为购物中心提供了机遇,但也存在发展过快,运作不规范,定位不当、经营雷同等问题,应采取统筹规划、突出特色、引进人才、加强管理等措施加以解决。
