摘要
针对西北高海拔等特殊环境条件和特点,面向西北750kV输变电工程建设和运行实际需要开展的750kV输变电工程关键技术研究,共3批、29个科研子项目,涉及国内十几个科研院所、大专院校,取得了丰硕的科研成果。这些科研成果及在其基础上经过消化应用形成的近20个规定、规范或标准为我国第1个750 kV输变电示范工程的成功建设和提前投入商业运行奠定了坚实的技术基础。已经连续安全运行近3个月的西北750 kV输变电示范工程实践证明了750 kV输变电工程关键技术研究项目科研成果的科学合理性。
According to the special environment conditions and characteristics of high altitude in Northwest China, the study on key technologies of 750 kV power transmission & transformation project for construction and operation of 750 kV Northwest power transmission & transformation project has gotten rich research accomplishments, which include 3 batches and 29 items, concerned with more than 10 domestic research institutes and universities. Based on these research accomplishments and their digestion and application, nearly 20 stipulations, specifications or standards are formed, which has established the solid technical foundation of the successful construction and putting into commercial operation for the first 750 kV power transmission & transformation pilot project in China. The practice of operating continuously and safely for 750 kV Northwest power transmission & transformation pilot project in nearly 3 months proves the scientific reasonability of the research accomplishments on key technologies of 750 kV power transmission & transformation project.
