摘要
通过测定枝、叶、种实中可溶性糖、淀粉含量和调查花芽形成数量,得到以下结果:1)叶片中可溶性糖含量较高,淀粉含量较低,在短枝中相反;2)9月中旬以后表现为叶量增大,短枝中淀粉、可溶性糖含量增高;负载量越大,叶片中淀粉、可溶性糖越低,而在短枝中二者含量增高;3)叶量增大,越有利于花芽形成,负载量越大,花芽形成越少,但叶量对花芽形成的影响大于负载量。
By way of measuring soluble sugar and starch content in shoots.leaves.seeds made and investi-gating flower bud formation obtained,the results as following: 1)In ieaves the content of soluble sugar was high-er, and content of starch appeared lower, but in short shoots, there was a opposite result to leaves on which : 2 ) Af-tor mid Sept, the more the number of leaves was. the higher the content of soluble sugar and starch in the brachy-blasts was; the heavier seed-load caused the lower content of soluble sugar and starch in leaves, but the higher inshort shoots; 3) The more the number of leaves was benefit to the flower bud formation .on the contrary . the heav-ier seed-load reduced the forming number flower bud ,but the influence of leaf number on the of flower bud for-mation was more important than that of the seed-load.
