摘要
本文描述了一种直接计数式激光外差测振装置。此装置利用计数方法实现了以高精度对物体振幅和振频的同时测量。整个测量由微处理机进行测量控制、数据实时处理。此装置测量振幅的相对精度达1%(A_v>10μm),测量振频的相对精度优于0.5%。
A new laser heterodyne vibrometer with direct counting signal processing is describad. By using counting technique, the amplitude and frcquency of a vibrating object are measured simultaneously with high accuracy. In,the device a microprocessor is used to control the measuring and process the data at real time. The relative errors of measuring amplltude and frequency are lass than 1% (Av〉10μm) and 0.5%,respectively.
