摘要
随着航空业的复苏,大型运输机的需求量日益增多。钛合金在大型运输机上的用量不断扩大,B787客机和C-17军用运输机的钛合金用量已分别达15%和10.3%。B777使用了Ti-10V-2Fe-3Al合金主起落架载重梁,B747使用了Ti-6Al-4V合金主起落架梁、A380和A350使用了全钛挂架。钛合金在大型运输机上的应用出现亮点是使用了钛合金整体精铸件、钛合金薄璧铸件、石墨纤维钛合金层板、新型高强高韧近β钛合金。文章最后指出我国航空界和材料界应充分重视相关钛合金材料及其热加工工艺研究开发和应用工作,不断提高使用性能,降低生产成本,以满足大型运输机的发展需求。
With the recovery of aerospace industry, the demands of the large transporter are increasing. The quantities of titanium alloys used in the large transporter are increasing too,such as 15% of titanium alloys in Airbus B737 and 10.3% of titanium alloys in Military Tansporter C-17 Ti-10V-2Fe-3Al is used for the main landing gear of the B777. Ti-6Al-4V alloys is used for A380 and A350 is used for the full titanium frame.The primary applications of titanium alloys in large transporter are as a bulk fine titanium alloys castings,thin wall titanium alloys castings, carbon fiber reiforced titanium alloys plates and new high strength and high toughness near β titanium alloys. It is pointed out that the research and development of titanium alloys and its hot working process should be concerned in the aerospace and material industry. The application function of titanium alloys should be improved and the production cost should be reduced in order to meet the demands of large transporter.
