摘要
从四川省某猪场分离到1株细菌,经培养特性、形态观察、生化试验、PCR检测及动物回归试验等鉴定为猪胸膜肺炎放线杆菌。PCR检测毒素基因APXⅣA在体内的分布,从活猪血液中检测到APXⅣA毒素基因片段。感染猪自然死亡后,从不同脏器的检出率来看,肺和扁桃体APXⅣA基因检出率最高,其次为心脏、心血、气管分泌物、肠系膜淋巴结,肾脏、脾脏未检出APXⅣA基因。
outbreaks actinuhacillus pleuropneumoniae from one pig farm in Sichuan,a strain of bacterium is isolated from that farm,which is identified as act inobacillus pleuropneumoniae by cultural character ,shape observation,biochemistry experiment, prlymerase chain reaction detection and animal regression experiment. The result of pig artifitially infected by thd isolated bacterium is typical actinobacillus pleuropncumoniae symptonl. Polymerase chain chain detect distribution of gene APX Ⅳ A in body. From the dectetion rate of different organs ,the maximum in amygdale and lung ,then some in liver .blood and trachea exudation,a littl in teart.aqua perricardii and mesenteric lymph node,the fewest in kidndy and splee.
