Enlightenment of Governance Mechanism of Water Pollution for Drainage Basin in Developed Countries

发达国家在治理流域水污染过程中形成五种机制。借鉴发达国家流域水污染治理机制,汲取其成功经验,对于深化我国流域管理体制改革,完善流域水污染治理机制,提高流域水污染治理的效益具有重要的意义。

The article briefly outlines five kinds of basic mechanisms which formed during the governance of water pollution in developed countries, namely, the establishment of governance mechanism and coordination mechanism for drainage basin, the comprehensive developing mechanism, the safeguard mechanism of funds and techniques, the social mechanism of common governance, and the healthy mechanism of rule of law. By using international experience for reference, the paper analyzes the defects in governance mechanism of Chinese drainage basin and puts forward the appropriate countermeasures.
