摘要
从葡萄采后生理、微生物病害、贮藏保鲜技术方面综述了近年来国内外葡萄采后贮藏保鲜的的进展,并展望了今后葡萄采后贮藏保鲜研究方向。
This paper has discussed the posthavest phvsiology, the common pathogenic microorganism,the technique in the storage of grape. The problems of future research are discussed as well.
