石杉碱甲原位凝胶及片对记忆损害小鼠和大鼠的药效学研究 被引量:7

摘要 考察了石杉碱甲片及不同剂量原位凝胶对记忆获得障碍、记忆巩固不良和记忆再现障碍小鼠及记忆获得障碍大鼠的影响。结果显示,17.5、35和70μg/kg的石杉碱甲原位凝胶(日服1次,连续7d)对上述记忆损伤小鼠均有明显改善作用,70μg/kg的石杉碱甲原位凝胶药效略优于同剂量片剂,且对东莨菪碱所致大鼠记忆获得障碍也有一定疗效。 The effects of huperzine A tablets and its in situ gel with different doses on the dysmnesia of acquired learning, retention and reappearance of memory in mice and the dysmnesia of acquired learning in rats were investigated. The results showed that huperzine A in situ gel with the doses of 17.5, 35 and 70μg/kg (qd for 7d) could significantly ameliorate the impaired memory of the above-mentioned mice. The effect of huperzine A in situ gel of 70μg/kg dose group was slightly better than tablets of equidose and ameliorated the dysmnesia of acquired learning in rats as well.
