结合语言实验室的工作实践,从提高语言实验室学习者和管理者的素质出发,探讨以人为本的管理原则。
Combined with the working practice in language labs, this article discussed on the management principles of taking the person＇ s role as the first, from the viewpoint of enhancing the quality of the learners and managers concerning the language lab.
